Ming Fang Ph.D.

Dr. Ming Fang is a fellow of the Institute of Chemical Engineers, Chartered Engineer, professional member of Food Institute of Technologist, and senior member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers. He obtained his B.S. degree in China, and master degree and Ph.D. degree at Bath University, UK. He then served as post-doctor research fellow, senior research fellow, senior consultant, director of research and development, visiting and chair professor, guest instructor, and director of R&D at Bath University, East China University of Science and Technology, Michigan State University, and international food company in UK, China and USA. He is particularly interested in food nutrition, international food law and regulation including the food regulations and standards in China.
